I need some Major Geek help (not sure if this thread belongs here or somewhere else so please bear with me)....

    The Problem:
I have been happily playing AA for a couple of months on my relatively new PC (3 months old) which I believe is up to spec:

    ------------------
    System Information
    ------------------
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.061219-0316)
    System Model: MS-7187
    BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
    Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz (2 CPUs)
    Memory: 2046MB RAM
Page File: 534MB used, 3404MB available
    DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
    DxDiag Version: 5.03.2600.2180 32bit Unicode
    ---------------
    Display Devices
    ---------------
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE
    Manufacturer: NVIDIA
    Chip type: GeForce 7300 LE
    DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC
    Display Memory: 512.0 MB
    Current Mode: 1280 x 1024 (32 bit) (70Hz)
Monitor: Plug and Play Monitor (Samsung Syncmaster 901n) 19" flat panel
    Monitor Max Res: 1600,1200
    Driver Name: nv4_disp.dll
Driver Version: 6.14.0010.8426 (English) (Have tried latest Versions 93.71 forceware and it made no difference so I rolled right back)

anyway one day I was playing AA (16/03/2007) and windows restarted I have auto restart switched on so I´m taking this info from the minidump file which was created since then I can only play AA for very limited periods of time no matter what graphics settings i choose (in game and out game) I´ve tried uninstalling clearing and re-installing all drivers, re-installing AA and various other support forums (people keep telling me it´s a temperature issue (which it isn´t or a power supply issue which it isn´t becasue I´ve monitored these and the problem only occurs with AA no other games)

I´ve installed the XP debug tools and checked out the windows minidumps and I have checked out the AA minidump but they are all really vague, although the reported probable casues and process names are: (in no particular order)
    cause_________________process
    ntkrpamp.exe___________MsMpEng.exe
    Kmixer.sys_____________ArmyOps.exe
    memory_corruption______ArmyOps.exe and System
    ks.sys_________________ArmyOps.exe
    cmudax.sys____________ArmyOps.exe
    win32k.sys_____________Realmon.exe

I gues I´m really most interested in the ArmyOps ones, but I don´t know, of course all the logs mention bad memory address references etc, I would be most grateful for any assistance that anyone can offer, I´ve tried or I think I´ve tried all the basic solutions and now it´s time for some hardcore help, I´m no guru but I know my way around my PC, this is driving me insane. if need be I can post the full minidump logs in text format.

Hmm...well just to be sure, run Memtest to rule out a memory problem. Report any errors.
