I just started using aMSN on my windows computer. And one weird thing is that one of my friends name things (example@hotmail.com (this isn't actually his email address, obviously) has an x beside it. It's not a block I don't think because the block X is on the guys face to the left of the name.

    What's wrong with it?

    Hi

Blocked contacts normally have the red circle with line through them so if this is on their user name line then likely is this part of their user name!?

Can you actually chat to them or do you get errors? if so what? can you chat to other MSN users?

As I said, I just started using aMSN, and he logged in yet (I asked another one of my friends, who said he hadn't appeared on to them either, so i'm pretty sure it's not a messenger error).

I emailed him and the message was sent just fine, so i know the email is correct.
