Excellent article. If the SpyWare makers could see the number of downed systems, due to spyware, they might re-think their position......Then again, probably not. In the past 6 months, more than 90% of my trouble calls have been for spyware causing systems to either crash entirely, or to run so slow, that the user cannot get anything accomplished. I hope I hear about any other discussion, like the one in April, before the fact, so I can get my 2 cents worth in.
