   Hi and welcome,
   
   We have a procedure here on HJT log files. First you must run the tutorial, which solves most problems. This simplifies the process by removing the majority of spyware you may have installed as well as making any Hijack This log file shorter.

   jarcher I can't handle a title

   Well MA got to ya first, I was still typing as he posted
   but . . .
   
   you cannot run HJT off the desktop
   it should have its own folder all by itself(not on the desktop)
