analyze my "hijackthis" please...having problems

    having some problems lately & wanted some feedback. for example, i'll open IE, and won't be able to close the window. it will beep. i'll go into task manager & my CPU useage will be 100%. i'll have to END TASK & then the error reporting popup will show up. then, it will close my window. any ideas??? please help! thanks.
