Analyzethis button not working

    Have a problem that affects Firefox and IE so am assuming something in the registry is messed up. Downloaded, installed and ran HJT from Trend Micro. After the scan finishes I click the "Analyzethis" button as Trend recommends but it just grays out and does nothing. No web page opens as they say it should. This may not even be a real part of my problem but I need to ask if this is a standard thing that everyone experiences or is it telling me that somehow HJT can't open the browser because of the problems I have seen.

    If I get an answer to this I will submit my log and a description of the oddball problem I am having with both browsers.

    We don't accept HijackThis logs nor do most other malware removal forums. HijackThis logs are of very little use these days. There are dozens of infections that may even block HijackThis from running properly. If you want to properly check your PC for malware then the below is where you need to begin
