   I have tried to download it but have not been successful.

   The Wincustomize one is safe, however it may not work on all PCs as you need a graphic card capable of DX9 and WDDM, Pixel Shader 2.0 with 128mb and at least a PC with 1gb ram
   
   Do be very weary of random ones you find on the internet as they may come with surprises as in malware.
   
   Plus running animated desktop does tax the CPU a fair bit and was a reason it was dropped in Windows 7.
