Annoyed, Vexed, and Cross

OK so its a Rant
Cross, Vexed Annoyed and generally Peed off, Last year on a promise of support from a local education dept, the dip sticks told me they’d provide tutors, I raised £8,500 to buy some laps tops and stuff so as to run some computer classes in our village. 3 10 week sessions is all they actually managed to provide, OK, I understand times are hard and funding is tight, but 60 hours is all they provided. PEED OFF mild to what I really feel like.
I know a little bit about Photoshop and people are asking me to run a class, the thing is the software is a bit of a problem, and putting a course together is a bit daunting, OK I can do things with PShop but actually creating detailed instructions/handouts is going to tax my ability.
Anyone in MG’s got any ideas :wavewave

Plenty of websites out there for PS tutorials. You might want to go that route. Topic by topic.

I use Photoshop pretty extensively in my photography.

If you were to do it, you should start with the very basics. I think if I ran one, I'd make each session a different topic.

For example, I'd absolutely start with going through the actual interface for people, like the tools on the left side (crop, selection, cloning, brush, etc)...show what those tools can do. Then actually move on to some editing using layers. You could spend several sessions going through tools such as Levels, exposure, curves.

As Tim said, there are a tone of tutorials out there. Pick some topics you think people would want and go through the tutorials.
