So, here´s the deal. I had to change my motherboard from Msi neo k8t to k8n.
After that I successfully installed Windows as a repair-installation. I noticed very mysterious problem: When I boot my pc, the keyboard and mouse are frozen, like they aren´t connected to machine. But when I press the reset-button, forcing the system to boot again, it boots, and now the problem is gone! This is really annoying, cuz everytime I have visitors in my house, I have to warn them: Use reset after 1st boot...
The continous restarting makes me running on the walls ;), so if someone can help me, I´d very pleased :D

XP? Try going into the device manager. Find the keyboard & mouse. Right click on them & uninstall them. Reboot Windows will pick them up & reinstall them.

    Any good?

It's possible that the mother board did not like the OS being repaired. It might need a format. Wait & see what others come up with.

I have disabled these things: Onboard serial port 1 from 3f8/irq4 to disabled
Onboard parallel port or something to disabled
Bios support for usb-mouse is also one of the settings that I disabled, cuz I have both devices in ps/2 port.
Is paraller-port = COM-port? I don´t think so, but can someone tell, where is the COM-port setting in bios?
Device-manager found no conflicts, but can you trust to microsoft ;)

You might try running the system file checker. This will reset your system files to a known good state, extracted from the Windows installation CD. To do so, please do the following:

    1. Insert your XP installation disk
    2. Hit windows key + r (or click start --> run)
    3. Type 'sfc /scannow' (without the quotes)
    4. Press enter (or click 'OK')

The system file checker (sfc) will now run. Let it run through and restart your system.

    Manic Miner:No problem ;)
But, If I run the System file checker, is it nearly 100 % sure that I won´t loose any of my files, like my important docs etc.?

how about backing up all your documents and doing a complete fresh install from scratch, i know its slightly extreme and annouying.

have u tried uninstalling your keyboard and mouse from device manager and rebooting,

I´ve tried it, result: no good

Next thing that I will try is to flash my bios with a new version, but after that I´m out of ideas....

*sigh* I don´t if it´s Murphy´s law or something, but yesterday I flashed the bios, it was 100% successful, until the pc booted itself after flashing: the pc doesn´t boot anymore.
So, the next step will be straight forward to the maintenace..
