Anonymous Usenet Posting?

    Is there any software that would make it easy for me to post anonymously to Usenet in addition to surfing anonymously?

    (Before you sold me as a "SPAMMER!" dig around this site a little, and even the internet in general. You'll soon see I'm clearly not savvy enough to spam anything, if I even had anything to spam.)
