    Dell Inspiron 1525
Went to their drive website, not certain exactly which drivers I need for wireless. Is there any possibility of harm if I happen to load a few unnecessary drivers? I wouldn't think there would be as there would be no device for them to run. But I'd like to be sure.
My device manager shows a couple of yellow flags for undetermined devices, so I though if I just started with the drivers until all the yellow flags are gone?
    Or is this too wily-nily?:confused

Look for the product code, should be a seven character mix of numbers and letters. If you use that they will guide you to the correct drivers for your machine.

    Oldie,

I tried that but they tell me that is only for machines under warranty.
But again, can I do any harm by loading unneeded drivers, assuming all the needed ones are there?

Okay, I'll try it again. Maybe I misread something.
