Hi friends...I've had the lastest Musicmatch Jukebox version 10 for some time now. The web related features all work fine but suddenly the Music Library songs are missing (the library files remain on the drive) and when I try to access the library settings dropdown menu to troubleshoot, I receive the following Microsoft Virtual ++ Runtime Library box which contains the following notice: Runtime Error...Program:\Program Files\Musicmatch\MusicmatchJukebox\mmjb.exe...this application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way...contact applications support team for more info. I tried the tech support feature but still get the warning box each time I try to access the library dropdown settings menu. In addition if I insert a music cd with the Jukebox player open or click the cd button in the player window, i get a Musicmatch box which says...No CD/DVD drives have been selected. Please ensure that device compatible with Musicmatch Jukebox is attached. I confirmed that my firewall is allowing full access to Musicmatch, and this all seemed to happen after I successfully restored my Windows XP Home OS recently after a registry file failure. All my previous settings and functionality were restored perfectly. I've checked the internet options tab and just don't notice anything obviously out of kilter. If anyone can help or suggest something I'll be most appreciative as I enjoy responding to others when I can help as well.

Thanks much for your view and response. I agree, I think the recent updateto Musicmatch 10 may have been premature. Yes, I have now successfully uninstalled Musicmatch and reinstalled and for now am leaving the 9.0 version in place. These media players can be finicky. I've also just recently had to reinstall CyberlinkPowerDVD and Dell Media Experience. So far my Real Player, WMP 10, and Quick Time player seem ok. Thanks again for responding. :)
