another outlook express problem

Hope you guys can help. Everytime I open outlook express 6, It starts to open but then I get " Outlook express has encountered a problem and need to close. These are the files that are in the report , c:\docume~1\user\locals~\temp\wer963f.dir001\appcpmpat.txt and c:\docume~1\user\locals~\temp\wer963f.dir001\msimn.exe.mdmp. I have tried to reinstall the program and it opened once and then it all started again, I am running windows xp. Thank G.:confused
