another pc problem for me

i have a problem with my laptop. i have eamchines m2350 laptop .... right wen i got it ....i downloaded a couple of songs. and wen i plat them using any player it freezes...repeats....skips...and other stuff that could possibly happen wen playin music...and i have sims deluxe wen playin it...it freezes for a coupe of seconds. and basically my pc has problem playin music and freezes certain applications can u plz help especially with the music thing?

 

It sounds like your computer is not fast enough to run Sims. What are the specs on your laptop?

 

oh i think it's fast enough ... 512mb ram 60gb hard drive amd athlon xp-m...
wat i really need is help with playing my music y does it repeat and stop and skips and watever

 

OK Fast enough means nothing if your PC is groaning under the weight of too many programs running in the background. Get rid of those that you do not need to run when the box fires up at startup. As I see it its purely memory related. If, after killing all background programs, the problem persists then I would look to other areas but to me its classic overloaded memory.
