Another SyncroAd.exe and WinSync.exe problem

    hi all, i read the forum which was very helpful but I have "winsync" and "syncroAD" on my system, so i downloaded Hijackthis.exe and have run it but no deleted anything, this is my log, could one of you experts out there tell me what to delete from here as I am an amatuer to this Hijack sort of stuff.... thankyou lag.exe :) (this is my log file, tell me what to do from here) :p
