Another WMP problem

Sorry about this. I have one more problem. Everytime I try to shut down WMP 10 I receive the message that "WMP is currently converting files in the background. If you exit now conversion of the current file will stop. Are you sure you want to exit?" How do I stop this conversion or get it to complete? I am not aware of what and why it is doing this. I left my computer on all day and then tried to exit and still receive the message.

Go to Tools > Options > Devices > Advanced. Uncheck the first 2 boxes.

Is There a reference book out there for WMP troubleshooting? I have so many problems with setting up the CDs to burn and store. Thank you for your input.
