   How can stop the window that reminds of a security risk if ant-virus isn't running? If I turn off AVG it's for a reason and I don't need reminders.

   Start->Control Panel->Security Center->Change the was security center alerts me(*note: its a link on the left hand side right at the bottom) then just unselect the virus protection check box. Cheers.
