AntiSpyware and KeyLogging

Is there any reliable anti keylogging software that can detect software installed on a PC without ones knowledge?

I've never used it and it's definitely not cheap, sounds pretty cool, tho...

 

ive run this one before and its very simple to use you only need to pay for it if you actually find something you wish to remove the actual scan is free

Thanks guys! I usually use public PCs and am worried about what may be on them. I actually overheard a conversation by a couple of guys saying they carry a scanner on a floppy and before using a public PC they scan it to make sure its safe to use. I have become paranoid ever since.
