Ive downloded this program and it will not detect my internet connection which is hi-speed lite from Rogers Cable.I cannot download updates.Any help appreciated.Running WindowsXP Home.

hi m8 never actually used this one so not to sure i notice they have a support forum on their main site maybe want to try there

or maybe try one of the free ones on the main majorgeeks site i know a lot of ppl here highly recommend AVG

you could always download the .vdf from their site

http://www.avup.de/updates/personal/vdf/antivir.vdf
you just have to overwrite the file with the newer one and make sure it's for the same version.

do you get any errors?

No no errors just a box saying internet update cannot connect.I will try your recomendation.Thanks.

do you have a firewall running?

Yes only the WindowsXp one
