Antivirus/firewall e.t.c.

I know i use to write boring posts.
but i have a question:i have by mistake deleted an (i think)McAfee agent,anyway i am in trouble because McAfee can not run/install on my laptop,and i have an account with McAfee.
I have bourght products for about 3500DKR,so i am not "happy" if you get my drift.I do not know what to do,i would like to run McAfee again,but do not know how.I am broke and i would like to hear oppinions regarding the best free alternative(if you can not help me with my McAfee issue).

Have you tried to contact McAfee and see if they can help? If they have a record of your purchase, and they should, explain your situation to them. Nothing to lose doing that...
