    I recently downloaded avast antivirus 5.0.418 and it randomly turns itself off.
    What am I doing wrong?:confused

    Do you have any other antivirus programs installed? If you had the previous Avast (v4), did you remove it first before installing v5? You should also visit, join, and post in the Avast Forums accessible via the Avast Support Center.
