Hi people i just got myself a fan cooler to slot into the back of my pc under the graphics card just to keep it all nice and cool, the fan i bought is below.

I thought it would just slot into one of the pci slots but it doesnt its quite thick and when i put it under the graphics card it was nearly touching it so i moved it down a slot, do you think i should move it up to the slot right under my graphics card to get the full effect of it, i can feel warm air being blown out the back so i no it is working, but the graphics card temp hasnt really dropped much, im not expecting it to drop a great deal just wanted your thoughts on whats the best slot to use for it?

    cheers

Just leave it where it's at. It should be fine there. you might not notice a decrease in heat until you start really taxing your system with a game or something.

Liam....First off....does your video card have an existing fan on it's heatsink?
If it does.....you really don't want to put the exauster card fan right underneath the video cards fan. Especially if the 2 fans are in alignment with eachother. Your slot fan will pull fresh air away from the cards fan, and keep it from blowing over the heatsink.
