Any Firefox Style Themes/Plugins For IE ?

Are there any sites that contain addons/themes/extensions etc. that are similar to Firefox. For example: colorulf tabs, weatherbar, themes, etc. I am currently having issues with Firefox and rather than solve them I think I am going to use IE for awhile just to take a sanity break.

So, are there any programs like these for IE? If so, where might I find them. I did some searching, but I know you guys could cut to the chase for me!
