Any good Web cams for under $100.00

Want to lock off a shot of a bird feeder in my back yard but want a camera with a sharp image. I'm going to stream it.

Does anyone know of a good camera for a 100.00 or less that will do the job?

So far the Microsoft Lifecam VX 6000 seems to be the one for me.

It has 2.0 megapixels for video. I'm a newbie at streaming and I think I can't get something with more pixels cause it takes up too much bandwidth.
Am I on the right track?
