Any Ideas ???

I installed a Logitec webcam that my brother gave me to me, whoever the item have a crappy quality so I decide to uninstalled it, I did it true Control Panel and everything looks correct, however as soon my laptop restart, a window appear asking me for connect to the webcam because can't find it...

How the heck I eliminate this thing, is there any specific software or application eliminate this thing ? I try to erase it from the registry, used ccleanner, AVG Antispyware and Adware 2007, and the threat still there everytime that I start my laptop...

Somebody have any idea how to eliminate it, is very annoing...
