Any MEMSET experts here?

I'm having fun with a 'resurrection' project here, a presario C306us - it supposedly has i945GM chipset according to some, though others indicate i940 or i943 ... I'm guessing maybe these are slight variants of the sAme?
anyway, using the latest MEMSET it actually seems to be able to manage the chipset - except for one blasted timing parameter - the first one [top of the list]. Anyone know a workaround for that? I'm running it within winxp pro sp3.

I'm not trying to Overclock, i'm trying to get the memory bus to run 333Mhz instead of 266. The chipset supports that speed [any of the aforementioned] and the installed memory supports that speed but the lame austere BIOS does not.
