Any program to change a CD-ROM to UDF 1.02, or ISO 9660?

Hey guys, up until a now I had been using a CD (in mastered format) to move files between Windows 7 and Windows 98, and the CD was getting kinda full, and I formatted it, but what I didn't realize at the time, was I was formatting it to UDF 1.50, and now the disk won't work on my Windows 98 machine.

So now, I'm wondering if there is a way to change the CD to UDF 1.02 (readable by Win98), or ISO 9660 (mastered), or do I have no choice but to buy a new pack of CD-ROMs?
