Any RocketRaid scientists out there?

I have a HighPoint Rocket Raid 1640 installed, and recently updated all the guts. Now, as I'm trying to reconnect the Raid, it asks for username and password. To the best of my knowledge, there was never a user and password set up. Is there a default that highpoint uses?

I saw that too, and it led me to belive that RAID was the username, htp was the password. It didn't work. I did shoot them an email, but I doubt I'll hear a reply before the middle of the week.

Heard back from Highpoint today. They suggested reinstalling the program to go back to default, so I downloaded the latest version, and tried to install it. It said it found an old program configuration and I should delete it before continuing. Would I like it to delete the files? I chose yes, finished, and restarted. I started the management console, and it said that the program was set to default, username is RAID, password is htp... but, it wouldn't accept them.

So I uninstalled, checked to be sure the directory was gone, ran regclean, and did it all again- same outcome.

Is there something I'm missing somewhere?
