   Been talking to someone on the Skype for over a year. Today, I tried to message them, and I can see previous conversations, but in the box I type in, it says "messaging disabled until request is accepted" Huh? Googled it, no luck.
   
   Win7, Skype 7.31.0.104 is that matters. Thanks!
