I am looking for photo organization software that needs to live on a server. I have a large number of employees taking photos and loading them onto a shared drive that all can see, edit, move, copy, etc. It's very disorganized and growing larger daily.

We need software that can help us classify, and then find photos we want. For example, if I were looking for all the photos of cooking students. Or, all photos taken in 2009. Or, all photos of Bill. Or, all photos of cooking students named Bill. I hope that helps describe what I mean.

The software should work be accessible by about 200 staff members. Any ideas?

You don't necessarily need to have software, you could just login and register with photobucket.com, you can do everything your asking for there !

If it were just me, or even just a few of us uploading photos, I think this would be a good alternative. Unfortunately, there are so many staff members doing this, I am certain that most will not take the time to upload photos to Photobucket after downloading them to the server. Thank you for your suggestion.

Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!
