Hey all, i have been trying to an online scan using trend-micro for the past week, but i get somehting called an 'access error' on this page http://uk.trendmicro-europe.com/ent...sconditions=accepted&=Continue+with+Next+Step
i dont know why this is happening???
Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas?

Which browser are you using to run the scan?

Try using Internet Explorer and use this link to Trend Micro's Free Online Virus Scan

hey,I am hve tried to use firefox and IE and both of them fail for some reason???
What i dont understand is that two weeks ago i was able to run the scan fine, there were no problems, and now this.

hi chaslang,
i got it to work using IE this time. I had tried before but usually it stopped loading the latest updates at about 60%. But i got it anyway,
