I purchased a new computer, a Dell  Dimension 3000.
    3.0 P4 800 FSB / 512 RAM
    (but no AGP slot)

What's a decent video card that...
    1) Supports dual monitors (I have the Doublesight 15" dual monitors)
    2) Uses a PCI slot (not PCI-Express)
    2) Is under $100
    3) Runs games decently (like UT2K4, NFSU2, America's Army)

    Thanks :)

Probably your best bet would be an fx5200, but do not expect great performance. Not having an agp slot is really going to hurt your gaming experience, but at least you will be able to have dual monitors.

i'd see if you can find some reviews first on either of those cards...

but just to state facts, the 256MB on the 5200 is laughable, as it will make NO difference as the card doesnt even have the bandwidth (Because of the PCI limitation) to use all 256.

the 5700LE is also no prize winning card, but SHOULD outperform the 5200 (havent checked revies to verify this yet). but as of what I know of the AGP versions, the 5700LE is slightly superior.
