Any Way to Drop MOB Temp

Goldenskull I can't follow the rules

Is there any way too Drop MOB temp.Im all ready running at 110F all fans are working.Just cleaned them too.

I am thinking it's got to be my Chipset Heat sink that is at the high temp

This is my case i think it has Air Flow issues http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811320001

I think the main problem is it has too many Holes lol i took some Duct tap and buttoned up the top and the Front panel Speccy says the temp Drop down to 97F i think it dropped like 5 degrees
