Anybody have experience with Syswatch by SafenSoft, which is free today?

    It seems like it basically restricts software from doing things unless you approve it, kind of like the Windows Vista UAC.

    The computers at my university have this software similar to that called "Deep Freeze", where it takes a "good" snapshot of your hard drive and restores that "good" image upon each reboot. That way, there isn't a risk of viruses but on the flip side, you are limited on what you can install because the hard drive is restored to the original condition on each reboot.
