Anybody know what this spyware is? (screenshot)

I haven't had a chance to do all the steps in the sticky because this is a client computer that I won't be on until this afternoon. But i'd rather be prepared, this is the only spyware I have come across that all the tools I use won't remove for good. about:buster removes it but only for a few hours then it comes back.

That is a BHO, Browser Hijack Object), which can be removed using Adaware, Spybot, Hijackthis, CWshredder, etc...(a combination of the spyware detection/removal applications should eliminate this)

If not, let us know, as I have had to use regedit to remove this on a few occasions.

 

I have ran all those tools and it removes it for a time but always comes back that same day. Thanks for the quick reply

I already have. I did 90% of that but like i said I'm not at the computer right now its a clients. I will be there tomorrow afternoon (rescheduled). I just want to know if somebody knows that that EXACT spyware is so I can be prepared. A few of the things aren't an option like the online scan because they are on dialup. They have norton antivirus 2004 updated and I performed a full scan. All other spyware was removed.
