anyone an IEEE member?

hi i need a research paper very badly...
and it is on IEEE... is there anyone who can get it for me... Please.
I also thaught of the same idea individually, but drats... looked up on IEEE and its already there..... sniff.. now i need to look at its weak points and need to build on it...
Please guys help me...

Why don't you just join the IEEE? That's why they have a logon. To restrict their publications to members.
