Anyone else having problems with FireFox?

I have tried to install it again and I keep getting an error message from Microsoft to send a report. Can someone help? Thank You!

 

Are you using the 2.0 RC1 version or 1.5.0.* ?
Download and install Opera 9 and you'll soon forget about that pesky Firefox install.

Opera > Firefox

 

I tried Opera. It was somewhat slow for me. I uninstalled Opera and tried to install Firefox again. No such luck. Would there be a reason that Opera was slow to open a page?

If you don't already have it, you could try CCleaner's 'Issues' tab...but be sure to say YES to make a backup before you delete anything it finds.
Then restart your computer and try the Firefox install again.

It couldn't hurt to do a defrag first either.

Nope. Didn't work . Still getting a send error report to Microsoft.

 

How much stuff did you remove with CCleaner's Issue tab? A lot?

 

Trying to install. Nothing under Applications. Alot going on under processes.
Not quite sure what to delete under that tab.

 

I removed alot and I did defrag. Tried to click on the icon to use Firefox and I still get "Send error report to Microsoft.

 

Finally, I was able to download FireFox. I did a search and did have 2 of them installed. Thank you for ALL your help with this matter. Much appreciated!
