Anyone heard of pnmlpooe.dll?

My other laptop is saying that is unable to locate the pnmlpooe.dll file in C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder. It's also unable to locate any of the wireless networks around (ie., when I do Refresh Wireless Networks, it shows nothing).

I have not installed anything in the recent past and neither have I cleaned up the system. This happened all of a sudden today. I was able to connect to the internet successfully last night from the troubled laptop.

I searched using google and yahoo search and didn't see a reference to this dll file. Wondering what this is or how this is supposed to be on my PC. The laptop I am using to post this request, doesn't have that file.

Any help is deeply appreciated. The laptop has Win-XP Home SP3.
