anyone know anything about versacheck 2002 home an business?

i have versacheck 2002 home and business. and everytime oi go to install the software i get an erorr message that states bad password, unable to decrypt data so i go to there site and do the update that it tells me to and then u get an error message that states: access violation at address 00620d 26 in module vcheck.exe read address 000000000 - - what does this mean? and how can i fix this problem as i cannot get in to use the software
