Anyone know how to do a direct upload of data onto an intranet

I'm new to all this but I have a problem,

Every hour i we receive an update of money that has arrived into our company account, we export this .txt file to a folder on the C:/ drive and then run a .bat file to export this to the O:/ drive. Finally i upload this file to our company intranet and a database is produced on the money in page. This then allows employees to claim money in as theirs.

We have now finished using this program as the licence became extremely expensive and now use another banking program, this will not export data and so we have concluded that we will need to manually input the new data (which we are happy to do) but after thinking about how to do this for a while i have drawn a blank. i need a new way of inputting data to the intranet as a .txt file but i think we need a simple program into which we can input the data manually, such as a blank splash screen with several input fields that allow us to export this as a .txt for upload to the intranet

any help or advice on this will be very much appreciated

There is not enough relevant information on this issue. What format is the original data source in (if you are trying to write a program to read the data and export automatically)? What data do you need to input (examples, please)? Many programming languages could be used to create a program that accepts simple text input and save the input to a text file, but without some more information on exactly what you're trying to accomplish, it's hard to recommend a solution.
