Anyone know of any good web hosts

im new to this (nothing like just jumping off the deep end) and im looking to put up a site with several songs and a chat forum, the "web whiz" forum i downloaded told me i need to run it on an nt4 or 2000 server it needs to be asp enabled and use a DSN-less connection to an Access database on your web space and that you have sufficient permissions to write to this database. If your hosts require that you have the forum's Access database in a specially set folder. (copy paste if ur pondering the gramatic errors).
