Anyone play Postal2?

I heard about it, didn't interest me much, few weeks ago i heard about it on the news, how it was banned in 7 country's. I told myself i gotta play it.

Fun game, you are trailer trash and your trailer trash wife asks you to do errands each like (Total of 35, 7 missions per day) And you can basically do whatever you like.

Check out the demo, pretty fun, if you like violence, you kill bin laden, pee on people, ect.

If you install the demo, check out these cheat codes, so you can get past the 7 minute time limit on the game:

I remember when they were going to release it for PS2, but I don't think they ever did. Has to do with the violence and so. If memory serves there was a large shooting somewhere in the country that involved a postal worker and it didn't get released or was release in limited numbers for PS2. I could be wrong but that's what I remember.

Its ALL about selling a game over hype. The AI is stupid, the maps suck, the enemies are all the same, but different t-shirts, the plot is stupid and I played it until I got to Friday and finally quit because I felt stupider for playing it.

2 pieces of advice:

Get the demo, what you see there is all youll do when you play it.
Buy GTA Vice City and see how it was supposed to be done.

I'll buy vice city when i get some more case and it goes on sale, i love GTA3, but postal2 is kinda fun.

and loading times are unacceptable. Coding was an all time crap job in this game.

... And what he said. I forgot about the horrible load times. Basically, you can walk a block or so, then load next, which takes forever on a Athlon 2800+ with 512 megs of ram and a GeForce 4 128 meg.

If I can help you decide to buy or not, heres my thoughts:

Play the demo, now imagine yourself playing that basically over and over for weeks. Cool? Buy it!

Wait for the bargain bin. The game IS fun at its root, but is plauged with everything mentioned above. I wouldnt care too much at 10-20 bucks though.

Luckily I did'nt have to fork over any cash for Postal2,if I had you can bet your life I woulda gone extremely postal over this poor excuse for a game.......If I don't get pulled in by what I am playing in the first 10 min. then I pretty well know the game is a piece of junk...I game for the excitement and originality a game contains
this game sucks BIGTIME (unless maybe if your 12 years old)

yeah no real intersting plot jus point and shoot kill this and that graphics arent all that great, its jus trying too feed off of peoples love for gore

I installed it again and played it to the end, turns out there are 5 days with 4-5 "missions" on each. Its not a big area either. So, theres basically 20-25 missions in the same large map. No multiplayer, no add ons, no user levels, so your done after that. It truly is a BUDGET title. It sucked even harder playing it again, but wanted to be sure. Sucks, sucks and I hope these slobs invested my money because I will be really reluctant to give them any more.
