Trying to determine why no websurfing since it has to be wireless access to get the mail, right? Any info, anyone? Thanks in advance

It also appears that the device has very little storage capacity.

I read this thread to see if it could be used as an eBook reader; apparently not for normal eBooks.

I'm guessing that makes it unusable for web surfing.

Here is updated info from Peek customer service. They responded within 12 hours to the actual questions I posted to them.

Thank you for contacting Peek. The Peek device has a memory capacity that is 8 MB shared. This means emails, texts, and contacts all share this memory.

When you add an email account to the Peek, we only grab the newest 5 emails on the email account and only check for new ones from this point forward. We do not grab every email that is already in your inbox and put it on the Peek.

The Peek does have an attachment limit size. This limit is a total of 10 MB. This means that all attachments that are in an email must not total up to more than 10 MB. If they do, then you'll get a message that you must view this email online because it is too large for the Peek.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Sincerely,

    Benjamin Landau
