Anyone use Synkronizer for Excel

I'm having some problems and I'm looking for someone to bounce some questions off. I love the add in and have been using it for years. It suddenly is giving me problems.

Thanks usaveteran. I figured out the issue eventually and i'll try those forums if I have another problem. A forum, a shotgun, one of those things.
