Anyone using Save my Desktop and Xp

I'm trying to use Save my Desktop with XP Pro. It doesn't seem to work with XP. I used to use it all the time with W98SE. Program download says it works with XP, but not for me.

There is a proviso in the download, as per below, but it doesn't appear to download a different version or make a difference.

 

Thanks Halo, will give the cursorarts one a try. Have never tried compatability mode as yet, never had to and would rather not try to learn to deal with this, this way, at present. Bazza

Tried to download from your link, Halo, but got stuffed around. Google search revealed it was also on MG downloads. Downloading it now, Bazza

is working for me or not. So many options in that program, I am not quite sure if I have ticked the right ones. More experimentation required. Bazza
