My internet has been messing up last couple of days after doing some research online i have found out what is wrong with it.

My upstream power is way to high for the modem to work properly it sits at 58dBmV and doesn't go any lower or higher

I am going to call for TWC to send a tech. down but they wont show till probable next week so i was wondering what kind of problems can cause my upstream to go so high and what will the tech. be looking for when he arrives at my house

    Hi

There is no way you can control it.

The control is between the Modem and TWC server.
