Anything Better Than Skype?

    I have video calls through Skype and wonder why there is a delay and choppy video. I have a new Logitech Quikcam so it can not be the camera. I use Bellsouth's DSL Extreme. Other than that what else could be the problem? The video calls i make are to people in Japan, would that be a factor? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
