AOL disconnecting constantly???

Hi guys,

My neighbour has asked me to help him resolve an issue with AOL v9.0

He has installed it on his brand spanking new
Toshiba Laptop running Vista Home Premium.

The problem is that it keeps disconnecting him after either a few mins or up to half an hour.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I cannot find a reason for it after a few hours checking everything I caould and reinstalling the software direct form AOL site.

I have told him to switch ISP to Orange or some other UK based provider but he insists on stayiong with AOL.

Can anyone help me help him please?
