AOL Doesn't Like Yahoo?

I cannot seem to send mail to AOL from my Yahoo! Mail account. Any ideas as to why ... or what I can do about that? Thanks!

Just a thought, Have you checked to see if it is appearing in your junk mail box instead?

I check my spam folder every time something shows up...just in case it's something I want.

However...the problem isn't incoming....it's OUTGOING mail TO AOL ...it comes right back.

They mainly describe using Eudora but OE can also be configured. The "trick" is to use your AOL email address as the from address but use your "other e-mail" as the reply to address. There are two boxes for these two fields in the OE account settings. They also describe some different smtp settings for AOL which could be worth a try.

I am grateful for the answers thus far...but I must not be communicating very well.

I use Yahoo for my e-mail.

Whenever I send an e-mail to AOL, it spits it back immediately.

That's my dilemma.

Maybe Yahoo doesnt like AOL, lol.
Seriously, try sending it from your Yahoo account to another email address.

I do not have trouble sending to any other ISP.
