aol explorer browser

    I set up my new Dell tonight. I installed my preferred browser Mozilla Firefox. When my son installed the AIM Instant Messenger, the "AOL Explorer Broswer" was installed on the computer also. How do I completely remove this from my machine. Right clicking and deleting the icon doesn't seem to me to completely make it go away. Any help appreciated.

    Did you try via Add/Remove Programs? Also in IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs Tab you can set your Default Browser and the Advance Tab will allow you to disable 3rd party browsers too.
